Digital Health Apps We Love

There are many apps that can assist with mental health.   We are happy to share some of the ones that we use personally, and recommend.

Please always be cautious about health information online. If you choose to use online therapy apps, please inquire about the credentials of the company and of your assigned therapist.   Several popular online therapy programs have been found to use inadequately trained staff and to sell health information.  We would encourage you to at least remain with a Canadian company that ought to comply with Health Information Protection and Privacy rules.
