If you are feeling like you are in a cycle that has been keeping you from healing and thriving, Jessa is here to help you. She is eager to hear your story with an empathetic ear and help you reach your goals. She hopes to provide care that will help you through your current struggles.

If you are not feeling like yourself—you are not alone. Jessa knows that taking that first step consider therapy requires a great deal of courage. She hopes to foster this courage and use it to help you gain the skills needed to make and maintain these changes.

Jessa is currently a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists.  She completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) and previously earned an undergraduate degree specializing in psychology and human services. Jessa loves to work with Teens, Young Adults, Post-Secondary Students, and Couples.  She is excited to be a part of your journey.
