ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

As our current administrative support team ventured off to pursue post-secondary education, we are seeking to hire a full time clinic coodinator.  

You will provide exceptional support to our Psychology practice, assist with client bookings, payments, and managing intake processes.  You will welcome clients to the office, answer client calls and emails, and process payments following the session with professionalism and compassion.

You would be responsible to ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately, including follow-ups on payments, securing payment information, and uploading secure documents.  You would be managing booking software, including schedules and treatments offered. You will keep the office area organized, manage office supplies, maintain clinical files, and confirm claims with insurance companies.

You will excel if you possess excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and promote the vision of the clinic. You must be extremely organized, with the ability to predict the needs of clients, therapists and the clinic.  You have a passion for helping others.  Our Ideal Candidate is a self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently, proactively, and well under pressure. You have a strong willingness to learn. You have confidence in sharing ideas and constructive feedback to help us grow.  You are Tech-savvy, with experience using Google Drive Gmail, website maintenance, Social Media Marketing and using apple products.
