Registered Provisional Psychologist
Sanne offers a warm, client-centered approach to therapy that supports the whole person—mind, body, and heart. With over 16 years of experience in health and wellness, Sanne blends psychology with movement, mindfulness, and nutrition to help clients reconnect with themselves and make meaningful, lasting changes. She works with individuals aged 10 and up who are navigating life transitions, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, emotional dysregulation, and low self-esteem. Sanne also supports people through grief, relationship struggles, and lifestyle challenges like substance use and health behaviour change. Her therapy integrates a variety of approaches, including CBT, ACT, somatic and mindfulness-based methods, and movement-informed practices. Clients appreciate her authentic, respectful, and empowering style. Sanne is especially passionate about helping people feel more at home in their bodies, aligned with their values, and connected to their personal strengths. Outside of work, Sanne enjoys yoga, fitness, dancing, traveling, and spending time in nature. Her joy in life shines through in her work, and she’s committed to walking alongside clients as they move toward healing, wellness, and self-trust.
