Caleb Reardon, B.Sc., MACP
Registered Provisional Psycologist
As an engaging and passionate Registered Provisional Psychologist, I bring an
energetic and hands-on approach to therapy that breaks away from the ordinary.
With five years of invaluable experience working in Indigenous settings, along
with many years in child/youth, clinic, and private practice settings, I’ve honed my
skills in outreach and crisis intervention, creating meaningful connections in even
the most challenging situations. This background has shaped my deep
commitment to fostering resilience and empowerment in every client I work with.
My therapeutic style is bold, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs.
Using a multimodal approach—including DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy),
EFFT (Emotion-Focused Family Therapy), and ACT (Acceptance and
Commitment Therapy)—I specialize in helping clients navigate depression,
anxiety, suicidal ideation, emotional dysregulation, and interpersonal struggles. I
work with children, youth, young adults, couples and adults, with my work
focusing on youth and young adult/adults. Whether you're facing life’s toughest
moments or striving for personal growth, I’m here to walk alongside you with
unwavering support.
