Thank you for allowing me to journey along side you. I have had the privilege to support many individuals through a variety of mental and physical health difficulties.   I have a passion for helping people and I strive to provide a safe environment where we can explore your challenges and identify strengths. Personal and professional experiences have given me a particular interest in working with individuals navigating trauma and early motherhood.

As a registered psychiatric nurse with a bachelors of science in nursing and a masters in counselling psychology, I am well equipped to assist you with physiological conditions that overlap with mental health symptoms.  I also appreciate the opportunity to engage in medication monitoring and education.
